The Manager role will have a thorough knowledge of workouts and restructuring, and will work with clients to resolve these issues in under-performing businesses. This will include managing the review, analysis, evaluation, assessment, determination, documentation, and coordination of all aspects of the project.

The ideal candidate will have post-MBA 2004 senior level strategy and operations consulting experience from a top strategy consulting firm. This will include experience in restructuring and workouts in the industrial and manufacturing sector. In addition, successful candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

• The ability to use aggression, ambition and energy toward business development to bring in a minimum of $1MM per year in revenue
• Proven ability to manage a team
• Project Management skills
• The desire to remain with the organization to assist in its growth; the desire to grow with the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The position is located in New York, and some travel will be expected.
